"What Makes a Dream Team? Ed Chard once quipped that Pem Chhiri Sherpa and me were the dream team, both IFMGA Mountain Guides, combining Pem’s vast experience, on the world’s highest mountains, with my decades of alpinism. We share the same ethos about our role as leaders, to serve the team we lead and make mountain dreams reality. Yet there is so much more to a ‘Dream Team’. Everyone, from the climbers, the Sherpas, the cook team, the Skyline crew in Kathmandu, and office team in Sheffield, has a role to play, vital to overall success and individuals’ achievement."
